So far our waitlist journey has been different than what we expected. Right before we got on the list there were 6 or 7 referrals every two weeks. I thought this was normal but apparently it was abnormal, so my expectations of the waitlist movement have not been met. We are making progress in our movement down the list. It has just been a bit slower than we anticipated. Here's what our journey has looked like thus far:We started at #

Wow, I was hoping for more too. Doesn't it seem like with 9 referrals we would have moved more that two spots? I guess that means that we are back to #21. Now maybe I won't be as dissapointed when Julie calls and tells me the news. Yeah for number 10 though!
